Did you try moving the contacts to another folder, sync and then move them back one at a time until you find the ones that do not sync? You can try the same with the calendar.

We use a shared database for BCM in Outlook 2007, and Business Contacts for Pocket PC v2.0 to sync all the business contacts to Windows Mobile 6 phones. The sync works fine but the phones no longer automatically search the contacts so that incoming calls are not recognised and email addresses cannot be picked up
